Refund Policy

At Bandit Kat Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve processed your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [banditkatdesign@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

  • Contact us at banditkatdesign@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • We'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate address.

  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
