Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer to ship. You will be notified of any delays.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer **Standard Shipping** within the United States.
**Domestic Shipping Rates**:
- Standard shipping: $5 (typically 5-7 business days for delivery)
- Expedited shipping: $8.25 (typically 2-3 business days for delivery)
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes for domestic orders. Please make sure your address is complete to avoid any shipping delays.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Bandit Kat Design is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in transit, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
